Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited uses

You agree not to use KeyTrack to:

• Break the law, or help anyone else break the law.
• Track keys, codes or property you do not have permission to access or service.
• Share, sell, or transfer your account, business workspace, or invite tokens to people outside your organization.
• Spam, harass, impersonate or defraud other users — including teammates inside your own business.
• Upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, probe or scan the service, scrape data, or evade rate, capacity or security controls.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of KeyTrack except where mandatory law allows it.
• Resell KeyTrack or wrap it inside a competing product without a written agreement.
• Use KeyTrack as the sole system of record for activities where applicable law requires a different system (for example, regulated chain-of-custody for evidence).

Fair-use limits

KeyTrack offers three plans (Pro, Business, Corporate). Each business workspace is capped automatically according to the active plan:

• Pro — up to 5,000 key sets, 300 properties, 40 team members.
• Business — up to 10,000 key sets, 600 properties, 120 team members.
• Corporate — up to 20,000 key sets, 1,200 properties, 360 team members.
• A short cool-down between scans of the same QR code, to prevent accidental double-checkouts.

You can upgrade or downgrade from the Billing page at any time. If your business legitimately needs higher limits than Corporate, email creativeautomatedsimulations@gmail.com and we'll discuss it.

Multiple workspaces per user

A single user account can belong to multiple business workspaces when invited. Activity, team access, and billing context remain isolated per selected workspace.

Reporting abuse

If you see misuse of KeyTrack — phishing, harvested invites, fraudulent activity, etc. — please report it to creativeautomatedsimulations@gmail.com.

Consequences

We may warn you, throttle your account, suspend access, or terminate your subscription if we reasonably believe you've broken this policy. Serious or repeated violations can result in immediate termination without refund. See our Terms of Service for the full process.
