We want you to be happy with KeyTrack. If it isn't a fit, we'll give your money back — no hard feelings.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your KeyTrack subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. We process refunds through our Merchant of Record, Paddle, for the full amount paid on the most recent invoice within that window.
How to request a refund
You have two ways to request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout. Paddle handles billing and refund requests directly.
- Email us at creativeautomatedsimulations@gmail.com and we'll work with Paddle to process your refund.
Subscription renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from within the app or via Paddle; cancellation stops future charges and keeps your access active until the end of the current period.
For renewal charges (after the first 30 days), refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you forgot to cancel and didn't use the service during that renewal period, get in touch — we usually sort it out.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback. We can almost always resolve issues faster and more fairly than your bank can.
